TicketClear does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.

We Do Not Share for Advertising

We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral tracking technologies.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Delete your personal data (available in your account settings or by contacting us)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ticketclear.ai. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by California law.

Third-Party Services

We use limited third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel Analytics, Crisp) solely to operate our platform. These services process only the minimum data necessary for their function and do not receive your data for their own marketing purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
