We Do Not Sell Your Data

TicketClear does not sell or rent your personal information to anyone for money or other valuable consideration. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.

Sharing for Advertising: Google Ads Measurement

If you came to us from one of our Google ads and then buy, we send Google Ads that ad’s click ID, our order ID, the amount you paid and the time of the purchase. Google uses this to report which of our ads led to purchases and to decide how to bid on our ads. We do not send your name, email address, ticket, answers, documents or IP address, and if you did not come from one of our Google ads, we send Google nothing about your purchase.

California law may treat this as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Google’s advertising tag, retargeting pixels or third-party advertising cookies.

Opt Out of Sharing

Turn off ad measurement below and we will stop saving Google ad clicks and stop telling Google Ads about purchases made from this browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same choice automatically. To opt out for your account on every device, email support@ticketclear.ai. Opting out stops future sharing; purchases we already sent to Google stay with Google under its own policies.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Delete your personal data (available in your account settings or by contacting us)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it; to opt out of sharing, use the button above, Global Privacy Control or email)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ticketclear.ai. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by California law.

Third-Party Services

We use outside companies to run TicketClear, such as Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, DocuSeal, Resend and Vercel. They process your information on our behalf for their part of the service, not for their own marketing. Google Ads receives only the purchase details described above, only for visitors who came from our Google ads, and also uses them under Google’s own terms. For the full list, see our Privacy Policy.
