Refund Policy

Straightforward. No fine print.

When you can get a refund

You can cancel and receive a full refund at any point before your declaration is generated. Once your personalized document has been created, the service is considered delivered. All refund requests must be submitted before this point unless one of the situations below applies.

We will always make it right if:

  • βœ“A technical error prevented your document from being created
  • βœ“A system error produced incorrect court information in your filing packet
  • βœ“You were charged more than once for the same order
  • βœ“Your citation turned out to be ineligible after you already paid (our screening missed it)

What is not covered

Because your declaration is custom-built for your specific citation, we are unable to issue refunds once the document has been generated, even if you would like changes to the content. If you spot an error in your citation details, contact us and we will correct it at no extra charge.

Your case outcome (whether dismissed or not) is not grounds for a refund. That said, remember: a Trial by Written Declaration is risk-free. If the judge rules against you, you simply pay the original fine. No additional penalties. You are in the same position as if you had done nothing, except you gave yourself a real chance.
